{"id":16484,"date":"2023-04-27T08:15:18","date_gmt":"2023-04-27T06:15:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/2023\/04\/27\/sames-lancia-cyclomix-evo\/"},"modified":"2025-03-14T14:45:26","modified_gmt":"2025-03-14T13:45:26","slug":"sames-lancia-cyclomix-evo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/en\/2023\/04\/27\/sames-lancia-cyclomix-evo\/","title":{"rendered":"Sames introduces \u201cCyclomix Evo\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saving and optimization. <strong>Sames<\/strong>, the US company specializing in coating applications, with Italian offices in Pioltello, just outside Milan, announced the replacement of its range of dosing and mixing unit with a single reference, \u201c<strong>Cyclomix Evo<\/strong>\u201d.<br \/>\nEarlier on, Sames had three products from 2K and 3K mixing and dosing, called \u201c<strong>Cyclomix Micro<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>Multi<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Expert<\/strong>\u201d. \u201c<em>These solutions were replaced by one machine, \u201cCyclomix Evo<\/em>\u201d, wrote the company in the press release that announced the new solution. \u201c<em>The user specifies the configuration of the basic module, which is then customized accordingly: number of painting circuits, color change blocks, flowmeters, regulators and more.<\/em> <em>More modules can be added to increase the capacity\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NON-STOP DOSING AND MIXING<br \/>\nThe range has been simplified but optimized at the same time. According to the company, this ensures high productivity, especially because \u201c\u2026<em>the control interface is very intuitive: it takes just a couple of minutes to learn how to use it<\/em>.<br \/>\n<em>Another benefit, identified in approximately twenty beta tests, is lower paint consumption, with a reduction by up to <strong>10 percent<\/strong> for frequent color changes<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Such saving comes from the reduction of internal volumes and the elimination of retention areas, plus the implementation of a \u201cpaint optimization\u201d feature that reduces lost volumes during color changes. Finally, for 3K coatings, a patented system for potlife management ensures a fivefold reduction of lost volume in case of process interruptions.<br \/>\nFor waste management, an additional module automatically collects and separates the mixtures of paints, the reusable solvents and the dirty solvents.
