Wagner contributes special expertise to the development of national and international sales strategies. After he had finished his machinist apprenticeship, Uwe Wagner, a graduate engineer who also holds a diploma in business and engineering, completed his studies in mechanical engineering with a specialization in manufacturing technology. He continued his professional career as Sales Manager in machinery and plant engineering for the plastics \u2212 and rubber industry \u2212 among others as Sales Director for tire production systems and last as the Head of Rubber Technology at KraussMaffei Berstorff GmbH in Hannover. As Sales Manager and member of the Management Board at Klaus Kuhn Special Steels in Radevormwald, the 53-year-old concentrated on additional industrial sectors which are also part of the Pallmann spectrum \u2013 i.e. the mill \u2013 and separator industries.
