{"id":18493,"date":"2018-01-30T08:35:07","date_gmt":"2018-01-30T07:35:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/2018\/01\/30\/salvamac-its-debut-at-xipc-2018\/"},"modified":"2025-03-17T09:54:38","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T08:54:38","slug":"salvamac-its-debut-at-xipc-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/en\/2018\/01\/30\/salvamac-its-debut-at-xipc-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Salvamac debut at XIPC 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the first time,<strong> Salvamac<\/strong> attends the XIPC (Xylexpo International Press Conference) and presents to the mass-media the important results achieved in its first eighteen months of activity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It has been an intense period, which confirmed that Salvador, in San Vendemiano, has made a good decision when setting up this new manufacturing unit in Poland to produce high quality \u201centry level\u201d cross-cutting saws, the first step of a much more ambitious program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event held in Milan has been the perfect occasion to anticipate an important technical novelty which, during the weeks to come, will be available on all machines of this range: the <strong>\u201cSalvastop\u201d<\/strong> device, a new accessory, particularly useful for the automation of the cutting phases and for all other operations performed by the high speed optimizing saws marked \u201c<strong>Salvador Easy<\/strong>\u201d, a system that manages electronically the shut-down and the positioning of the bars or profiles to be cut, whatever the material they are made of, at high speed and with outstanding precision, thanks to a last generation electronic brushless motor. Moreover, the mechanics is designed to require no maintenance over time, while ensuring a high degree of strength and precision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSalvastop\u201d can be installed on \u201cClassic 40\u201d, \u201cClassic 50\u201d and \u201dClassic 60\u201d models, substantially transforming these \u201centry level\u201d models into real semi-automatic cutting centers, that, even more interestingly, can now be interfaced with the management software already installed on the company computers. An example of how the \u201c<strong>Industry 4.0<\/strong>\u201d concepts can also be applied to \u201cstand alone\u201d machines, which offer high performances that imply limited investments.
