{"id":18588,"date":"2017-09-26T15:42:03","date_gmt":"2017-09-26T13:42:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/2017\/09\/26\/al-via-la-nuova-magna-expomueblera\/"},"modified":"2025-03-17T09:55:20","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T08:55:20","slug":"al-via-la-nuova-magna-expomueblera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/en\/2017\/09\/26\/al-via-la-nuova-magna-expomueblera\/","title":{"rendered":"Magna Expo Mueblera returns with fresh format"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buoyed by a strong global economy, the next <strong>Magna ExpoMueblera<\/strong> trade fair and its two flagship shows, Magna Expo Mueblera Industrial and Magna Expo Mobiliario e Interiores, will be in an excellent position when it opens it gates from <strong>17 to 20 January 2018<\/strong> at the Centro Banamex exhibition center in Mexico City.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Next year marks the 24th time that the Magna Expo Mueblera Industrial showcase for woodworking and timber processing plant, machinery, tools and solutions will be held. It will be co-staged with the international furniture and interior decoration exhibition Magna Expo Mobiliario e Interiores. For the first time, the joint showcase will be run under the sole management of Hanover Fairs M\u00e9xico, a subsidiary of the German trade fair company Deutsche Messe AG.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It will return with a fine-tuned trade show layout that clearly demarcates the fair\u2019s two main flagship shows. The Magna Expo Mueblera Industrial and Magna Expo Mueblera Mobiliario e Interiores shows will also benefit having their own tailor-made communications campaigns that reflect the different needs and interests of their respective visitor target groups. 217 exhibitors exhibited on 30,000 square meters (323,000 sq.ft) at this year\u2019s Magna ExpoMueblera. They came from Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Turkey and the United States. Next year\u2019s show will feature the first-ever German national pavilion, which is organized by the German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>J\u00fcrgen K\u00f6ppel<\/strong>, the Ceo of German company<strong> Leitz<\/strong> and President of the European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers (Eumabois), on the Mexican market and the restructure of Magna ExpoMueblera: \u201c<em>The current global economic climate is excellent and, in our industry, the US and China are still the main growth drivers. However, we are also seeing strong growth coming from small and mid-sized markets, such as Mexico. In 2016, Mexico was ranked the world\u2019s 12th largest furniture producer and in recent years the country\u2019s domestic market has enjoyed double digit growth. These sorts of figures highlight the great potential Mexico harbors for our members. We at Eumabois are very pleased about the recent changes in Mexico\u2019s trade fair sector because for us and the members of the national industry associations we represent it\u2019s important to have strong trade fairs in our key markets around the world \u2013 trade fairs that allow us to showcase our solutions in the best-possible environment. Deutsche Messe AG, which organizes the world renowned Ligna fair, is one of our strongest partners, which is why we welcome its investment in Mexico. Deutsche Messe\u2019s professionalism is already clearly evident in the lead-up to next year\u2019s show. A good example of this is the clear delineation between the respective exhibits of the Magna Expo Mueblera Industrial showcase for woodworking and timber processing plant, machinery, tools and solutions and the Expo Mueblera Mobiliario e Interiores furniture and interior decoration exhibition. A clearly-defined tradeshow concept and a clean separation of the two constituent flagship shows is very important for us and, more importantly, the trade visitors.
