This joint venture, led by Intermac (the Biesse spa division dedicated to designing and marketing technologies for machining natural and synthetic stone, which is 10 percent owned by Donatoni Macchine srl), will see the company acquiring 100 percent of Montresor &amp; C. srl by <strong>August 2017<\/strong>. Montresor, based in Villafranca di Verona, is currently a leader in the design, marketing and installation of edge-polishing machines. As a company, Montresor has always placed itself at the forefront of innovation, offering superb quality and the ability to meet the demands of a constantly evolving market. These values are shared with Intermac and Donatoni Macchine, and provide the basis of an operation that aims to position the company as the only choice for those looking for complete and integrated solutions for the stone industry.
