The Scm Group<\/b>, the world leading producer of woodworking machinery and systems, is to participate in the Holz Basel trade fair from 11 to 15 October,<\/b> offering two exhibition areas (Hall 1.0 – Stands B60 and A60) where latest-generation solutions for the doors, windows, stairs, furniture and wooden houses manufacturing industries will be displayed. The strategy of strengthening the Group presence in Switzerland is being accomplished by using highly professional local distributors with years of experience in that market, capable of providing a highly-qualified and fast service to clients.On hand at the stand dedicated to solid wood processing will be SCM Group specialists and the ANTB team, a top CMS dealer for over 20 years and now dedicated to selling Scm, Routech and Celaschi products in French Switzerland. Specifically, expect to see a demonstration of the 5-axis “Scm Accord 25 FX<\/b>” machining centre, which combines high technology and ease of use with a moderate investment. Equipped with the Matic fully-automated worktable, the 5-axis Prisma electro-spindle and the Pro-Speed safety system, it allows the machining of a wide variety of products while requiring far shorter times for set-ups and tool changes, thus optimising productivity. <\/span><\/p>\n

Also on display at the Scm Group stand will be a wide selection of wooden beams and walls, which will demonstrate the high flexibility and supreme quality of the 6-axis Routech “Oikos”<\/b> machining centre. <\/span><\/p>\n

Scm Group will also present the new multimedia application for machine virtualisation. An innovative and unique technology in our industry, it allows the creation of 3D interactive reproductions of any machine – in this case, solutions for Routech “Oikos”,  <\/span>Celaschi” Progress”, Cms “Pro Evolution” and Dmc System<\/b> will be demonstrated – which visitors could interact with using an iPad, for the first time ever.<\/p>\n

Numerous Group products will be on display at the stand offered by Bruendler, Scm’s Swiss dealer for over 20 years. A consolidated partnership which expanded further in 2016 thanks to a new development plan according to which Bruendler will market new semi-professional machines (Minimax), drilling-milling machining centres (Morbidelli and SCM), sanders (SCM Sandya), and provide an extended after-sale service covering all the Group’s products and technologies. <\/span>A good 15 Scm machines are to be on display at the Bruendler stand, including the Morbidelli” Author M400″<\/b> machining centre with the Matic worktable and Scm “Tech Z5<\/b>“, the Morbidelli “Cyflex S” drilling centre, the SCM Sandya 300 sander, along with a wide variety of the classic Minimax machines, from the universal combined “Lab 300 Plus” machine to the “ME 35” edgebander. <\/p>\n

“ACCORD 25 FX<\/b>”
\nHigh technology and utmost ease of use for the SCM machining centre  <\/span><\/p>\n

“Accord 25 FX” model was designed with the needs of small and medium-sized companies in mind. SCM has developed a 5-axis machining centre that provides utmost performance with minimum investment. <\/span>It is available with bars table and multi-function table, combines state of the art performance with extreme ease of use for flexible productions of doors, windows, stairs, solid wood parts, wooden and extra-wooden panels.  <\/span>
\nVaried production With Accord 25 FX is possible to produce various types of products thanks to the increased machining dimensions and 44 tools always available on the machine. The new chain store, combined with the traditional lateral store, guarantees fast tooling times and the machining of many different profiles.<\/p>\n

Ergonomics and safety<\/b>
\n<\/span>The new “ProSpeed<\/b>” system with horizontal photocells and new bumpers on the mobile protection (Scm patent), marries maximum accessibility to the work table and safety for the operator in the work piece loading\/unloading operations, whilst maximum speed and productivity are reached during machining.<\/p>\n

Smart programming<\/b>
\nThanks to the “Xilog Maestro<\/b>” software suite developed by Scm, programming “Accord 25 FX” is easy, intuitive and effective. The “Maestro 3D<\/b>” module allows the programming and 5-axis machining of three dimensional surfaces; “Maestro WD<\/b>“, developed specifically for the production of door and window frames, allows users to design starting from the architectural light to the individual frame elements to be produced.  <\/span>The “Maestro Pro View”<\/b> simulator provides clients with considerable advantages by previewing the actual machining to be carried out in the machine on the office PC, in order to eliminate any errors and collisions and calculate production times and costs. The “Maestro Msl Connector module allows external management software to interface with “Xilog Maestro”.  <\/span>Furthermore, the “Xilog Maestro” software of “Accord 25 FX” includes “Maestro Apps<\/b>“: a library of functions developed by Scm thanks to the experiences matured with the manufacturers of windows, doors, stairs and furniture.  <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
