The 78th<\/sup> Euroconstruct<\/b> report – monthly study that presents the medium-term outlook for the European construction industry − shows that European construction is out of recession with the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe (Poland in the lead) and Northern European countries strong growth, while Spain has returned to give interesting signs of recovery. To be noted that the requalification is now the target market for the building industry in the Old Continent.
\nImportant data, as explained by Giovanni De Ponti, Ceo of Made expo: “Although <\/i>Italy<\/i>is<\/i>still struggling<\/i>on the<\/i>front of<\/i>buildings<\/i>, <\/i>the<\/i>maintenance<\/i>is expected to grow<\/i>by three percent<\/i>both this year and<\/i>next year<\/i>with the North<\/i> of <\/i>the country<\/i>already<\/i>almost<\/i>out of recession<\/i>. <\/i>Furthermore<\/i>, <\/i>the<\/i>euro<\/i>area<\/i>has<\/i>positive forecasts<\/i>for<\/i>the next two years<\/i>with markets<\/i>abroad<\/i>that can<\/i>ensure<\/i>our companies<\/i>excellent opportunities<\/i>for growth<\/i>“.<\/p>\n
