\nAt the meeting<\/span>, <\/span>Luigi<\/span> Galdabini<\/span><\/b>, president<\/span> of Ucimu<\/span>-Sistemi per produrre<\/span> has been appointed chairman<\/span> of the Technical Committee<\/span> of<\/span> Cecimo<\/span>.<\/span>

\nPromoted by<\/span> Cecimo<\/span>, the European association<\/span> of the machine tool<\/span> which owns<\/span> 15<\/span> national trade associations<\/span> and about<\/span> 1,500 companies<\/span>,<\/span> the<\/span> four days of<\/span> work<\/span> was held<\/span> in Sardinia<\/span>,<\/span> for the organization of<\/span> Ucimu<\/span>,<\/span> the<\/span> ‘<\/span>association of Italian manufacturers<\/span> of machine tools<\/span>, robots, automation<\/span> and auxiliary products<\/span>.<\/span>

\nAgain<\/span> hosted on the<\/span> Italian territory<\/span> after fourteen years<\/span>,<\/span> Cecimo<\/span> Meetings<\/span>, held<\/span> twice a year<\/span> to discuss issues<\/span> related to<\/span> the machine tool industry<\/span> and<\/span> to support<\/span> its growth<\/span>,<\/span> for the appointment<\/span> of<\/span> spring 2013<\/span>,<\/span> has been focused<\/span> on<\/span> ‘<\/span>analysis<\/span> of the issue of<\/span> training, skills<\/span> and know-<\/span>how.<\/span> Value to<\/span> maintain and increase<\/span> future<\/span> to ensure<\/span> the sector.<\/span>

\nThe fifty<\/span> delegates attended<\/span> meetings, workshops<\/span> and<\/span> panel discussions<\/span>, led by<\/span> academics and<\/span> experts in the field<\/span>,<\/span> called to<\/span> confront<\/span> the role and<\/span> content<\/span> of the professional skills<\/span> employed in<\/span> the<\/span> sector<\/span>.<\/span>
