{"id":20174,"date":"2013-01-14T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-01-13T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/2013\/01\/14\/abrasivi-flessibili-via-allunione-tra-lba-e-abratech\/"},"modified":"2025-03-17T11:53:03","modified_gmt":"2025-03-17T10:53:03","slug":"abrasivi-flessibili-via-allunione-tra-lba-e-abratech","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.xylon.it\/en\/2013\/01\/14\/abrasivi-flessibili-via-allunione-tra-lba-e-abratech\/","title":{"rendered":"Coated abrasives: the alliance\nbetween Lba and Abratech"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/lba.jpg\" align=\"left\">Born in the province of Treviso the third Italian player in the production and conversion of&nbsp;coated abrasives, abrasive pastes and industrial products for packaging with the union of two local companies, <b>Lba<\/b> based in Oderzo and Abratech based in Meduna di Livenza, presented today at the Palazzo Giacomelli, Unindustria Treviso.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe newco between the two companies took the name of Lba and starts immediately with respectable numbers: 43 employees, a turnover of &euro; 10 million aggregate, an export share of more than 20 per cent over 1400 customers served in the wood, of metal, composites, cars and skin. This is one of the leading European industrial turnover and production capacity and sees the backing of a major player in the sector, the Verona Napoleon Abrasives, which will act as a factory product &#8220;privileged&#8221; with the objective to design, develop and industrialize all new products the market may be needed. The new company will be equal and will be governed by a board of directors composed of four members (two appointed by Lba and two by Abratech).<br \/>\nStrategic leadership and operational management of the new reality will be assigned to the current management team of Lba and Abratech.
