The promotion plan for 2013 has been approved by Acimall, with a calendar including global exhibitions that are considered strategic for the promotion of made-in-Italy wood technology.<\/p>\n

“The principles that have guided our decisions<\/i> – says Dario Corbetta<\/b>, deputy director of Cepra-Centro promozionale Acimall, in charge for the promotion activities of the Confindustria-member association – are clear:<\/i>on one side, support Italian companies in the markets that offer more opportunities, while offering a certain degree of “complexity”; on the other side, deploy actions in regions that, based on our analysis, might emerge as significant output markets in the coming years”.<\/i><\/div>\n
 <\/div>\n
Acimall’s promotion activity has two formats, according to exhibitions. The first format is represented by an official stand<\/b>, where visitors can find information about the offer of Italian technology. A key activity is the selection of importers<\/b>, i.e. the work of association officials to identify and select local companies willing to import and distribute Italian technology in their respective markets.<\/div>\n
The second format, largely appreciated, is the organization of Italian pavilions<\/b>, a solution that provides exhibitors with a formula that offers access to a wide range of services, combined with a compact footprint, and most of all the opportunity to attend an event inside an “Italian area” that is much more visible and effective compared to individual participation. In 2013, national pavilions are planned in Mexico, India, Russia, Bulgaria, Malaysia, Ukraine and Vietnam, plus a debut in South Africa at “Woodex for Africa”, a strategic event for effective penetration in Austral Africa.<\/div>\n

“The dimensions of each pavilion are obviously closely related to the interest of Italian companies in each market”,<\/i> Corbetta says. “In countries where the market has certain features, we organize actions with a small number of companies; in other shows, such as “Woodex” in Moscow, the exhibition area is much larger, approximately two thousand square meters”.<\/i><\/div>\n
