To outline once more the alarming situation is the 2012 Report of Federcostruzioni-Made Expo &#8220;<b>The <\/b><b>Italian construction system<\/b>&#8220;, presented at the last edition of Made Expo Fiera Milano Rho.<br \/>\nAccording to the report, total production in the industry fell by 26.3 percent between 2007 and 2012, representing a value of <b>Eur 126 billion less<\/b>.<br \/>\nOnly in 2011, the decrease was 3.4 percent with an estimate for the current year, a further decline of 5.2 percent. Forecasts for 2013 indicate a stagnation instead (plus 0.1 percent). Exports help to contain the general negative trend between 2010 and 2012, especially with regard to manufacturers of materials and mechanical technologies and services (excluding construction in the strict sense), with plus 3.9 per cent in 2010, plus 6.3 percent in 2011, plus 3 percent expected in 2012 and plus 3.5 percent expected for next year.<\/p>\n<p>Just for <b>wood-furniture<\/b> industry connected to the system of buildings, 2011 ended with a decrease of the main indicators. In real terms (quantity) production fell by 5.1 percent, with prospects of further decline for the year by 8.1percent and a substantial stability in 2013 with less 0.8 per cent. Exports remain the main outlet, respectively, with plus 2.7 percent and plus 2.6 percent, against a decline of the domestic market accounting for less 15 percent in 2012 and 3 percent forecasted for next year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The crisis continues to weigh on the construction industry, in search of oxygen to revitalize the sector.
