As <\/span>it was already been<\/span><\/span> <\/span>announced<\/span><\/span>, FederlegnoArredo<\/span> <\/b>and<\/span> Indicam<\/b><\/span><\/b> filed<\/span> the complaint<\/span> last<\/span> March 1st<\/span> of the Italian State<\/span> at the European Commission<\/span> against the<\/span> conversion to<\/span> extend<\/span> the terms<\/span> of the <\/span>Law Decree<\/span>, Article 22 bringing the<\/span> moratorium<\/span> on design infringement<\/span> from five to<\/span> thirteen years<\/span>, despite the<\/span> Community<\/span> legislation<\/span> on the subject and<\/span> the judgment<\/span> of the Court<\/span> of Justice on<\/span> 27\/1\/2011<\/span>.
\n<\/span>Beside FederlegnoArredo<\/span><\/span> and <\/span>Indicam<\/span><\/span> <\/span>there are many<\/span><\/span> <\/span>other associations<\/span><\/span>, professionals and <\/span>architects<\/span> involved<\/span> in the defense of<\/span> intellectual property as a<\/span> distinctive element<\/span> of competitiveness<\/span>.
