The merger with <strong>FGV<\/strong>, which took place in January 2024, contributed to a <strong>12 percent<\/strong> increase compared to the previous year. <strong>Exports<\/strong> accounted for <strong>80 percent<\/strong> of the total. Globally, the company employs around <strong>8,400 people<\/strong>, including <strong>4,000<\/strong> in Germany.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sustainable investments for growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Over the past three years, Hettich has invested more than <strong>450 million euros<\/strong> in new products and infrastructure. Among the most significant initiatives is the <strong>sustainable expansion<\/strong> of production areas in Germany. According to <strong>Timo Pieper<\/strong>, Managing Director of Hettich, the new facilities &#8220;exceed the requirements set by the German energy-saving decree and set new standards for sustainable industrial construction&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Internationally, the company continues its growth strategy, as demonstrated by the inauguration of the <strong>Leg Factory<\/strong> in <strong>Penang, Malaysia<\/strong>, dedicated to the development of <strong>height-adjustable desks<\/strong>.
