It enables matte, soft-touch, highly resistant finishes with low investment costs and no additional expenses for nitrogen.<\/p>\n \u201cThis technology integrates easily into existing spray lines with automatic spray machines and flash-off ovens, simply by adding the new \u2018Makmatt\u2019 excimer oven and the \u2018Ultradry\u2019 UV oven<\/strong>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Makor also introduced the \u201cEvolution Two<\/strong>\u201d \u2014 a dual-arm Cartesian spray robot offering great flexibility and high-speed application. The two arms can work simultaneously, significantly reducing cycle times. Further innovations were introduced in the family of oscillating sprayers. Makor highlighted the \u201cExcellent CM80\u201d<\/strong>, an automatic spray machine developed for the high-end, high-output market segment. Its 2,500 mm-wide self-cleaning conveyor belt eliminates the need for side bands, allowing for improved overspray control. \nAlongside the \u201cExcellent CM80,\u201d Makor also presented its latest addition: \u201cNext\u201d<\/strong>, a new single- or dual-arm oscillating spray machine for medium-sized production runs.
\nThis technology, available with paper or self-cleaning conveyor, offers enhanced overspray control thanks to its prism-shaped air plenum and large booth with dual-stage filtration.<\/p>\n
