The three-day event organized by <strong data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"400\">Senaf<\/strong> brought together companies, professionals, institutions, and trade associations at the <strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"517\">Fiera del Levante in Bari<\/strong>, shining a spotlight on the latest product innovations and the key topics driving the industry: <strong data-start=\"614\" data-end=\"683\">innovation, energy efficiency, digital transformation and safety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"1259\">With <strong data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"725\">31,728 professional visitors<\/strong> (up 24 percent compared to the 2023 edition), more than <strong data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"810\">500 exhibiting companies<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"839\">80 partner associations<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"878\">147 conferences and workshops<\/strong>, the 2025 edition confirms the success of Saie\u2019s alternating format between the Bologna and Bari venues. This strategy enhances the entrepreneurial and professional fabric of the construction sector throughout Italy, from North to South. The event continues in 2026, with <strong data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1167\">Saie Bologna<\/strong> scheduled from <strong data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1218\">October 7 to 10 at BolognaFiere<\/strong>, followed by a return to Bari in 2027.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"2368\">\u201cWe are proud of the results achieved at the fourth edition of Saie Bari, the largest ever in terms of exhibition space and attendance,\u201d said <strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1468\">Ivo Nardella, President of Senaf\/Saie &#8211; Gruppo Tecniche Nuove<\/strong>. \u201cWe brought together in Bari all aspects of the construction world, from design to plant engineering, including building materials, windows and doors, energy efficiency solutions, infrastructure, and digital technologies. Saie, in both its Bari and Bologna editions, remains the place where innovation, expertise, and dialogue come together to help the sector reflect on the present and plan for the future. A heartfelt thanks goes to exhibitors, visitors, and partners whose passion makes our fair an essential meeting point for the Italian construction community.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2403\"><strong data-start=\"2374\" data-end=\"2401\">Federcostruzioni Report<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2982\">During a conference held at the event, <strong data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2463\">Federcostruzioni<\/strong> reaffirmed the importance of the construction sector to the national economy. The analysis highlighted a solid and dynamic supply chain, with <strong data-start=\"2606\" data-end=\"2629\">3.3 million workers<\/strong> (up 156,000 compared to 2023) and <strong data-start=\"2664\" data-end=\"2713\">a total production value of 643 billion euros<\/strong>. These figures confirm the excellent health of the industry, as also shown by the <strong data-start=\"2796\" data-end=\"2824\">Saie\u2013Nomisma Observatory<\/strong> presented during the fair, which revealed a widespread sense of optimism: <strong data-start=\"2899\" data-end=\"2940\">nearly half of companies (43 percent)<\/strong> expect an increase in turnover in 2025.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2984\" data-end=\"3021\"><strong data-start=\"2988\" data-end=\"3019\">Energy Certification Trends<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3022\" data-end=\"3434\">The 2025 Annual Report on Building Energy Certification, prepared by <strong data-start=\"3091\" data-end=\"3099\">Enea<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"3104\" data-end=\"3144\">CTI \u2013 Comitato Termotecnico Italiano<\/strong>, showed an increase in the number of more efficient residential buildings (energy classes A4\u2013B), now representing <strong data-start=\"3259\" data-end=\"3286\">20 percent of the total<\/strong>, while the share of less efficient buildings (classes F\u2013G) fell to <strong data-start=\"3354\" data-end=\"3370\">45.3 percent<\/strong>, down more than two percentage points from the previous year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3436\" data-end=\"3528\">The next edition, <strong data-start=\"3454\" data-end=\"3467\">Saie 2026<\/strong>, will take place from <strong data-start=\"3490\" data-end=\"3525\">October 7 to 10 at BolognaFiere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The fourth edition of Saie Bari closed with excellent results.
