The decision was taken during an Extraordinary General Assembly and formalised through an online vote held between 10 and 16 January 2026.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"408\" data-end=\"716\">Hoflack succeeds Ruben Desmet, who stepped down after leading the association during a period marked by strengthened activities in sustainability, innovation and industry representation. The new President will work alongside the current Executive Board, which includes Fabian K\u00f6lliker and Philipp Sprockhoff.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"1013\">\u201c<em>This mandate represents an opportunity to ensure continuity in the association\u2019s work and to strengthen EPLF\u2019s role at a time of economic and regulatory change,\u201d<\/em> said Veronique Hoflack. \u201c<em>The objective is to continue supporting a sustainable and competitive European laminate flooring industry<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EPLF, the European association of laminate flooring producers, has appointed Veronique Hoflack as President for the remainder of the 2025\u20132027 mandate.
