The internationally active group, headquartered in Nagold, generated revenue of 1.72 billion euros as of 31 December 2025, representing a nominal decline of 1 percent compared with the previous year. Adjusted for currency effects, sales increased by 3 percent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"824\">The performance was negatively impacted in particular by the strength of the euro against local currencies. International business continued to account for the majority of revenue, at 82 percent of total sales. H\u00e4fele employs around 8,000 people across 39 countries worldwide.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"1309\"><strong data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"857\">Mixed regional developments<\/strong><br data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"860\" \/>Global markets showed uneven trends in 2025. While the real estate sector weakened significantly in China and Thailand, H\u00e4fele gained momentum in India through its consistent \u201cMake in India\u201d strategy and investments in local production capacities, resulting in stable growth in local currency. Business in the United States also developed positively in US dollars, although exchange-rate effects partially dampened growth when translated into euros.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1539\">Encouraging signs were also seen in Brazil, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. At the beginning of 2026, initial signs of stabilization emerged in the Vietnamese real estate market, alongside a cautious recovery in New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1911\"><strong data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1569\">Strategy and investments<\/strong><br data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1572\" \/>The group considers itself well positioned under its \u201cStrategy 2030\u201d and the guiding principle \u201cMaximising the value of space.
