The panel saw<\/strong> is dedicated exclusively to cutting, using dedicated tools, reduced thicknesses and advanced optimization algorithms that make it possible to minimize waste and increase precision. The CNC through-feed drilling machine<\/strong>, on the other hand, operates on an already optimized flow, carrying out machining operations on several faces of the panel, including processes that are difficult to manage with other technologies, such as drilling along the edges or lower-side machining with a high level of hole cleanliness.<\/p>\n In this process \u2013 the company explains \u2013 each phase is specialized, with greater structural rigidity, improved workpiece clamping and consistent quality even on large volumes. In addition, separate management makes it possible to work in parallel, reducing downtime and significantly increasing daily productivity.<\/p>\n From a digital standpoint, the two machines can be coordinated by a single order management system, connected to the company\u2019s existing software without proprietary constraints. According to the designers, this means freedom in the choice of management systems, direct access to production data and operational continuity<\/strong> also with a view to future developments. Automatically generated and synchronized labels also make it possible to keep the flows between cutting and drilling aligned, reducing errors and management times.<\/p>\n Another distinctive element is the organization of work in the factory. In certain contexts and conditions, the two machines positioned side by side allow a single operator to manage both phases: while the panel saw is running, the drilling machine works in masked time, and vice versa.
