As of 1 July, the newly established Tsubaki Europe Holdings \u2013 headquartered in Dordrecht, the Netherlands \u2013 brings its European companies together under a single umbrella.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new holding company essentially includes the following companies: <strong>Tsubakimoto Europe<\/strong> (Dordrecht), <strong>Tsubaki Kabelschlepp<\/strong> (Wenden-Gerlingen), <strong>Mayfran Europe<\/strong> (Landgraaf) and <strong>Tsubaki Jungbluth<\/strong> (Bad Hersfeld). The new organisational structure also includes Tsubaki\u2019s European subsidiaries, as well as the European subsidiaries of Kabelschlepp and Mayfran, including the international companies based in India and China. Henning Preis is president and CEO of the holding company.<br \/>\nWith the new holding company, the group aims to further harmonise cooperation between its European companies and expand their organisational network. By integrating expertise, know-how and resources, the group is able to offer its customers comprehensive, tailor-made solutions from a single source even more effectively than before.<\/p>\n<p>The restructuring will also be reflected in the company\u2019s corporate image in the future. At the heart of the reorganisation is the Tsubaki umbrella brand, which will have a more prominent role as the corporate brand. Well-known names such as Kabelschlepp and Mayfran will remain unchanged and will continue to be used as product brands. In this way, the new brand architecture combines a shared corporate identity with the continuity of brands that are already well established in the market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New corporate identity with a blue brand image<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The changes are also reflected in the corporate design. Tsubaki Kabelschlepp and Mayfran are saying goodbye to their previous colour schemes and will adopt the group\u2019s new corporate identity, characterised by its distinctive blue colour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Established brands remain unchanged<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new corporate image is intended to make the European companies\u2019 affiliation with the international Tsubaki Group more clearly recognisable. At the same time, the existing structure remains unchanged for customers and business partners in terms of day-to-day operations.
