cloud di Dassault Syst&egrave;mes per lavorare in maniera collaborativa alla progettazione, simulazione e convalida digitale in 3D della forma, della topologia e della fabbricazione della struttura.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\"> <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;\nmso-ansi-language:IT\">La forma organica dello stand riproduce un chicco di caff&egrave;, con pareti che ricordano le forme presenti nelle foreste.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;\nmso-ansi-language:IT\">Designer e architetti possono creare queste forme biomimetiche grazie alle possibilit&agrave; offerta dalla progettazione generativa.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;\nmso-ansi-language:IT\">La concezione modulare consente di assemblare fra loro diversi padiglioni per realizzare strutture di svariate configurazioni e dimensioni.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;mso-ansi-language:IT\">XtreeE ha utilizzato un cemento sperimentale sviluppato da LafargeHolcim R&amp;D e il robot industriale IRB8700 di ABB per manipolare la struttura voluminosa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;\nmso-ansi-language:IT\">La produzione additiva, meglio nota come stampa 3D, viene utilizzata da alcuni decenni in campo industriale per la progettazione e la prototipazione di prodotti.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;\nmso-ansi-language:IT\">Il suo impiego va ora estendendosi alla produzione di pezzi di grandi dimensioni.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;\nmso-ansi-language:IT\">Questa evoluzione crea nuove opportunit&agrave; nel settore delle costruzioni, che pu&ograve; puntare a una maggiore sostenibilit&agrave; grazie a nuovi metodi costruttivi che favoriscono la creativit&agrave; e la flessibilit&agrave;, riducono gli sprechi di materiale e consentono di realizzare strutture pi&ugrave; leggere e resistenti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;\nmso-ansi-language:IT\">XtreeE ha ottimizzato e automatizzato la costruzione dei componenti del padiglione per via digitale, dalla fase di progettazione iniziale fino all&#8217;assemblaggio in cantiere.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;mso-ansi-language:IT\">&Egrave; stato cos&igrave; ridotto al minimo il consumo di materiale ed eliminato il trasporto di materiali in eccesso da e per il cantiere, abbattendo i costi di costruzione e migliorando le prestazioni strutturali.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;mso-ansi-language:IT\">Gli architetti non sono stati vincolati dalle forme lineari tipiche dell&rsquo;edilizia, potendo sviluppare un progetto digitale i cui dati, una volta trasferiti nel programma del robot industriale, hanno consentito di stratificare il materiale con angoli e spessori variabili per ottenere forme impossibili da realizzare con il normale calcestruzzo.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif\" lang=\"EN-US\"><span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;\nmso-ansi-language:IT\">La copertura, le pareti e le sedute integrate sono state fabbricate con un unico processo continuo di produzione
