German Eppingen-based Dieffenbacher (www.dieffenbacher.de), leading suppliers of wood-based panel production equipment, announced they have acquired 100 percent of shares of B. Maier Zerkleinerungstechnik (www.maier-online.com) in Bielefeld, specialists in the construction of wood chipping systems.
