Turnover growth for Ikea

In the 2008/2009 fiscal year closed last August 31, the turnover of Ikea group (www.ikea.com) increased by 1.4 percent, reaching 21.5 billion Euros, compared to a 7 percent increase in the previous fiscal year. However, it should be considered that, during the year, 15 new branches were opened, taking the total number to 257 in 25 Countries.
