Xylexpo 2026: the program

A rich agenda of meetings, talk shows, technical presentations and opportunities for discussion will accompany Xylexpo 2026, scheduled to take place at Fieramilano Rho from 9 to 12 June 2026. The exhibition, an international benchmark for technologies serving the woodworking and furniture industry, will offer a programme built around some of the key themes for the future of the sector: timber construction, finishing, drying and tools.

At the heart of the programme will be the Xylexpo Arena, a space dedicated to dialogue between companies, associations, experts, designers and industry professionals. Alongside the specific events of the exhibition, the agenda will also include the sessions of the Composites Future Academy and the demonstrations in the Composites Future Demo Area, confirming the role of MaTec 2026 as a platform for discussion on multi-material solutions and technologies for industrial transformation.

Round table “Building health: the healthiness of wood and its extreme versatility”

A discussion on sustainable building, wellbeing in built spaces, envelope design, natural materials and the relationship between environment, architecture and quality of living.

The volume, coordinated by Professor Giacomo Goli of the University of Florence and developed with Ottaviano Allegretti of CNR IBE, Corrado Cremonini of the University of Turin and Luigi Todaro of the University of Basilicata, addresses the topic of drying from raw material to industrial drying systems.
