Among the main innovations the company will present at Xylexpo, the new “Easy Jet” stands out, a completely redesigned machine that best represents Casadei Busellato’s technological evolution.
Designed to ensure maximum flexibility and high performance, as explained by Casadei Busellato, the new “Easy Jet” is capable of responding efficiently to a wide range of production requirements.
The multi-zone worktable enables optimized vacuum management according to the machining process, while the spoilboard wear monitoring system improves its utilization, reducing waste and operating costs.
In addition, the new cad/cam programming software, equipped with advanced functions and a wide app library, offers great versatility in machining operations while simplifying the operator experience thanks to an intuitive and user-friendly Hmi interface managed via touchscreen.
“The machine is available in different versions: stand alone, with unloading table, with parts unloading conveyor or in a complete cell configuration, with the possibility of integrating an automatic labeling system on the infeed table”, the company explained.

“FLEXA 43”
Also on display at the Casadei Busellato stand will be the “Flexa 43” automatic edgebander, developed to ensure high performance and maximum versatility.
Equipped with the “SmartControl S” control featuring a 15-inch touch screen and intuitive interface, “Flexa 43” ensures ease of use and operational precision.
“The numerous configurations and optional features available make it extremely flexible and suitable for different production requirements, including the possibility of managing dual radius operations thanks to a dedicated kit”.

DIGITAL SERVICES: MORE VALUE FOR PRODUCTION
Significant attention will also be devoted to digital services, increasingly central, as previously mentioned, to Casadei Busellato’s offering.
Both solutions on display are equipped with the “Easy2Go Connect” IoT system, which enables continuous monitoring of machine performance and health status, while also providing constant support from Casadei Busellato’s technical assistance team and optimizing maintenance activities.
