Salice acquires Atim

Salice, a leading manufacturer of hinges and moile accessories, has announced the acquisition of Atim, which specializes in the production of aluminum hardware solutions for furniture.
This transaction – commented Andrea Marcellan, ceo of the Salice Group – expands our group’s product range in a highly technical niche segment for applications in premium furniture, enriching our existing portfolio. We look forward to the collaboration with Stefano Del Prete and his team as we embark on this new phase of growth”.
