Usa furniture: imports fell

Wooden furniture imports from the United States fell by 26.5 percent compared to the first nine months of 2023, to EUR 9.4 billion. With the exception of Canada, which recorded a slight increase of 0.6 per cent, all other countries recorded a minus sign.

Against this backdrop, Vietnam remains the largest supplier of wood furniture to the US, touching EUR 3.4 billion in shipments to the US in the first nine months of 2024. In second place was Canada, which overtook China (970.7 million) in third place. Fourth place for Mexico.
