Interzum 2023 presented in Milan: record number of Italian companies!

Presented yesterday in Milan the next Interzum, to be held May 9-12 at the Cologne exhibition center. The appointment will once again confirm that it is the largest and most important event dedicated to the world of components and supplies for the furniture industry, strong with more than 1,400 exhibitors from 60 countries. A return in style, then, after the pandemic season that disrupted the entire world trade fair calendar.

Italy’s presence was excellent, with 272 exhibitors making it the best “represented” country at the fair, even surpassing German attendance. Just under 23 thousand square meters occupied by “made in Italy” companies present in Cologne individually or in the four thematic collectives organized by Koelnmesse Italia.”Italian companies are responding very well to this edition of interzum, the first in attendance after the pandemic“, commented Thomas Rosolia, managing director of Koelnmesse Italia. “The data are not yet final, but we can say that it will be a very positive interzum for Italian companies, both the ‘big’ ones and the small and medium-sized ones, including many exhibiting in Cologne for the first time“.
