Spoga+gafa moves: rescheduled in spring

Koelnmesse, one of the world’s largest trade fair organizations, has decided to permanently move spoga+gafa, the largest fair dedicated to garden style, with a large section for outdoor furniture. Initially scheduled in September, the 2020 event was cancelled due to the “Covid-19” emergency and movement difficulties, but the programming from 2021 has been decided independently from “Virus factor”. In fact, the next spoga+gafa is scheduled in Cologne between 30 May and 1 June, and the following ones will always be held in the same period, according to a perspective dictated by the market and orders.

“The aim of our conversations with the industry is to work together to give a strong trade fair a chance to gain even more strength and market relevance. The focus here is on the ordering behaviour seen in many parts of the industry, which has evolved over the years. In order to do an even more effective job of taking this into account, starting next year, spoga+gafa will be held permanently at the end of May or the beginning of June”, Koelnmesse coo Oliver Frese observed.
