Biesse opens in Turkey its 34th branch worldwide

Biesse Group, a global leader in technologies for machining wood, glass, stone, plastic and metal, has announced the opening of Biesse Türkiye, the company’s 34th branch in the world and fruit of the joint-venture with partner Nury Baylar, which will serve to strengthen the brand’s existing partnership with its two Premium Partners, Frd Makine and Varol Makina.

Federico Broccoli, Subsidiary Division Director & Wood Division Director/Sales, commented on the signing of the agreement, highlighting the commercial benefits the collaboration: “We are deeply satisfied with the launch of this joint-venture with our established partner, Nury Baylar. One of our goals as a company is to take advantage of the many opportunities offered by the Turkish market, working alongside our two other premium partners to establish a direct presence in the country. Turkey is located in an extremely strategic position, bridging the countries of the Mediterranean and those in the Middle East, and serving the entire Middle Eastern basin. Among the “big” names in our industry, we are the first to open a branch in Turkey, and we are convinced that this strategic decision will help us to become even more customer-oriented, as well as allowing us to gain an increasing market share“.

The joint-venture between Biesse Türkiye and Nury Baylar, and the company’s two other Premium Partners in Turkey, will boast a notable presence at the Wood Processing Machinery Tüyap trade fair in Istanbul from 10 to 14 October. Staff from the new branch and from Frd and Varol partner branches will be happy to demonstrate the new high-technology solutions to visitors, as well as showing off the early results of the new collaboration, in a space spanning 3900 square metres, with 28 machines on display and 33 specialist technicians on hand to explain how they function.
