"Cefla live", a success…

On 25 and 26 March last Cefla Finishing Group organized the first “Cefla Live” event at the laboratories of Pesaro and Imola. Open-house was attended by about 450 customers and partners from over 30 countries.
During the event was presented the world premiere “iGiotto“, the new anthropormorphous robot for the painting of windows. “IGiotto” complements the wide range of solutions that Falcioni, the specialist window of Cefla Finishing Group, offers customers and represents the state of the art in painting the windows with an automatic spray procedure.

In the laboratory of Pesaro were also presented “Smartedge“, a comprehensive solution for painting and sanding straight and shaped edges and “Smartparquet“, a multitasking solution for the parquet painting.

In the laboratory of Imola, Cefla Finishing Group has presented new solutions for shaped and flat panels, passing through profiles and covering. Great attention to “Easy“, the two arms spray machine, a classic of Cefla Finishing, equipped for the application of water-based paint drying in the oven “Aquadry,” the first oven (born in the nineties) for drying of water-based paints.
“Mito” is the latest Cefla Finishing spray machine, one arm and with a cfb carpet for the recovery of the paint.
“Smartcoater” by Sorbini is roller line working both for application of the fund and for finishing as well.
The exhibition also features the line for profiles by Delle Vedove (in operation with a complete process of sanding and application as well) and  “MultiWrap”, one of the top machines by Düspohl.

There were also major manufacturers of paints, adhesives, pumps and guns that were able to present some of their product innovations and meet common customers. Two meetings were also organized, much appreciated by the experts present: the first about spray painting, which pointed out the integration between Ica and Cefla Finishing Groups, the second about water paints showing the performances of “iGiotto” with Renner water products.
