FederlegnoArredo: born the "Timber market observatory”

Timber market observatory” is the new information service that aims to spread as much news on the timber market through the systematic collection and updated figures, trends and forecasts for the wood industry, available online at the website of the Federation.
The new initiative of FederlegnoArredo integrates and extends the range of services offered to member companies. The Observatory works in fact taking care of the optimization, compilation and publication of updated and verified information, that the Federation shall receive from their associations, as well as the collection of processing, books, files, documents and associations’ magazines.
The members will have the opportunity to review and request free information, such as data relating to meetings of national and international markets, statistical information on imports and exports, specialized studies on the economic analysis of the sector such as the recent study conducted on the timber sector in North West, surveys on the performance and price indices.
The Observatory is intended to be as a reference point for all the world’s wood industry − in particular Assolegno, and Fedecomlegno Assoimballaggi – joint to create a system to offer its members a more complete, update and effective service.
The service, exclusively available to all members of FederlegnoArredo, is free and provides the opportunity to view the documents either online at www.federlegno.it with access from the associations area, or can be required in paper form through post shipment or collected directly at the Federation.
