Giovanni Barra leaves Biesse

A brief experience the one of Giovanni Barra, who joined the board of directors of Biesse October 5, 2009 “with specific offices of managing director.” The manager − with  professional past at Fiat Holding, FL Lubricants, Fidis Financial Services, Iveco, New Holland in England and over the last decade CNH (Case New Holland) in Brazil and Usa, just to name a few – on 22 October presented his resignation from all positions held. As stated in the press release issued by Biesse “These resignations are due to differences over the strategic plan. Giovanni Barra is to date owner of  no.5000 Biesse shares. The Chairman Roberto Selci thanked the retiring Ceo for his contribution during his task”.
The news is of public domain long since and we are awaiting an official communication about progress and programs of the company on occasion of Meeting of the Board scheduled for November 12^th next.
