European veneer convention

“Feel the real wood” is the motto of the European Veneer Convention and the accompanying showcase exhibition on the 14^th and 15^th May at the interzum trade fair in Cologne (13^th-16^th May 2009). The thematic emphasis is on emotion and elegance, attractiveness and design and the natural and sustainable qualities of veneer – all attributes which clearly underline the difference between the high-class material and its paper or film imitations. A second focus during the convention will be the high-tech qualities of modern veneers which facilitate its unproblematic use in many applications.
