The 31st session of the working party on forest economics and statistics

As every year, the working party will meet at Geneva from 31st of March to the first of April to discuss issue concerning forest statistics. This yera i twill meet to review and discuss the results of the 2008 joint Wood energy enquiry and to provide guidance on activities in forest products markets, forest resource assessment and forest sector out look studies.

The meeting in open to all interested partecipants, subject to approval by their head of delegation.
Prior to the working party on 30 March will be a one-day workshop on estimating potential wood supplì. The workshop focuses on potential in the Ece region.
