Magnetic technology “made by Bütfering”

The Nürnberg show Holz-Handwerk opening on next April 2nd , will see Bütfering present a new generation of pressure pad system which will be integrated within their c³omplete “Sco Diamond” range. The new magnetic technology which will be known as “Mps” – Magnetic pad system and will be used in all cross, combi, pad and super finishing heads. The “Mps” segmented pad works with proportionally applied sanding pressures and is offered with workpiece sensing of 25 or 12,5 millimetres. Current trends for high gloss surface preparation are easily achieved by the perfect matching of the “Mps” to Butfering’s already proven user friendly touch screen machine control.

At the entry level the extremely popular “Sgo” series of machines will benefit from the addition of a segmented pad within the twin and triple head 1100 millimetres models and these will now be controlled via a touchscreen terminal with 125 programs.

Overall, Bütfering as the Homag Group sanding specialist, will clearly demonstrate their capability to address all sanding applications from all customers, both large and small.
