Scm Group: “Panel Division Open House"

Scm Group (www.scmgroup.com) will be holding a very important event to present the very latest hi-technology developments in panel processing.

The “Panel Division Open House” will take place in Italy in Thiene, (Vicenza), from the 28th of February to the 1st of March 2008 inclusive, in the new Stefani manufacturing plant that has recently been added to the already impressive Stefani manufacturing facility (a company of Scm Group that produces edge banding lines and systems).

Scm Group, with its dedicated Panel Division, combines worldwide leaders for panel processing: Morbidelli, Stefani, Idm, Gabbiani, Mahros, Dmc, Elmag and Sergiani.

Scm Group-Panel Division, offers “turnkey” solutions, thanks to the handling systems manufactured by the companies of the Scm Group, and line software configured by Scm Engineering.

In the new Stefani manufacturing plant, there will be displayed a complete range of the highest technology and latest innovations for panel processing suitable for every different company’s requirements. On demonstration will be the following integrated lines and cells: “Order by order”, an integrated line ideal when the demand is for both customised production and for hi-productivity in a medium-sized company; “Flex and Power”, an integrated line for the larger furniture company that requires both cost reduction and a fast return on their investment, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality; “Easy Cabinet”, an integrated cell to optimise the results for the customer that processes small batch production per time.

During the three days of the show, all of the Scm Group companies’ technicians and sales personnel will be on hand for assisting all visitors who will be the guests of the Scm Group. Kitchen and bedroom furniture, living room and office furniture will all be produced on the lines at the show.
