Drema and Furnica 

The next edition of Drema (www.drema.pl), the International trade fair of machines and tools for the wood and furniture industries, will take place in Poznan, Poland, from 1 to 4 april 2008, simultaneously with Furnica, Trade fair of components for furniture production.

Drema represents the most important meeting for this sector in the region of Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.

Almost 18,000 professionals visited the last event in 2007 on the exhibition area of 24,813 square meters and the participation of 461 exhibitors, 45 per cent from abroad (Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria and Denmark).

The structure of visitors, with attendees from Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary, confirms the international character of the show.

Also on 2008, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in an interesting trade fair programme. The Second Economic Forum of the Polish wood and furniture industry “Polwood”

with leading representatives of the woodworking and furniture industries from Poland and abroad will be organized one again together with Investor Publishing House.
