Vecoplan AG: Ralf Guckert appointed new CEO

Leadership change at Vecoplan AG: Ralf Guckert is the new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Werner Berens, who stepped down on January 30 for personal reasons. The company, which operates internationally, aims to strengthen its growth path with a focus on digitalization and customer proximity.
The appointment follows that of Eric Jaschke as CFO in December 2025 and completes the reorganization of the Executive Board.
Guckert, 60, has many years of experience in industrial transformation and digitalization processes. Already COO and Managing Director since 2021, he has played a key role in the Group’s development. “To make Vecoplan fit for the future, we will further develop our digitalization concepts while keeping customer markets at the center“, he stated.
