Metal World acquires Tecnomec

Metal World, one of the leading players in the production of extremely high-precision tools, has announced the completion of the acquisition of Tecnomec, a long-established company in the woodworking sector. “This strategic operation marks a key milestone in Metal World’s expansion path, consolidating its industrial assets and projecting the group towards new market horizons. Through the integration of Tecnomec, Metal World completes and enhances its technological offering,” the company explained in the press release issued on the occasion of the acquisition. The move further expands the product portfolio of the Friuli-based company, which now also includes finger joint cutters, rounding cutters and brazed solutions with highly complex profiles.

“This acquisition is not just a commercial operation, but a true industrial alliance,” Metal World’s management stated. “The combination of our expertise creates an unprecedented synergy, capable of generating significant development opportunities and sustainable growth in international markets.”
