Meeting in Verona on Wood Energy

Waiting for the next edition of Progetto Fuoco exhibition, a meeting to define the state of the demands of the entire supply chain that deals with the exploitation of wood biomass energy.

In Verona, at the Palaexpo Veronafiere on Friday, June 17 from 9:30 to 13:30 the involved countries are invited to attend the General Assembly of Wood Energy. This event is one of the meetings in preparation for the next edition of Progetto Fuoco, the most important international exhibition of the industry, which will take place at the Verona fair from 22 to 26 February 2012.
 
The meeting is organized in collaboration with Aiel, Italian Association of agroforestry energy and the patronage of the leading organizations in the industry, environmental groups, the world’s agricultural, forestry cooperation.
 
This is a National Assembly with the aim to present the proposals and demands of the entire supply chain that deals with the exploitation of wood biomass energy, an important fact, which is the first renewable energy source in our country, but too often ignored. The initiative will see the presence of the operators of agricultural and forestry enterprises, manufacturers and distributors of equipment, installations and energy conversion technologies, producers of pellets, wood chips and firewood, forestry equipment manufacturers and retailers for biomass production, installation and maintenance personnel, technicians and industry professionals, academics, agriculture and forestry, communications operators, trade associations, environmental and consumer organizations and others.
