“We work in various production contexts”, the company explained, now managed — in strictly alphabetical order — by Alberto and Maria Grazia Barzaghi. “We are present in the metal sector with feeding systems for sheet satin-finishing lines, and in fields such as the production of PVC, PPE, and alveolar panels, with roller and belt conveyors, curves, stackers, panel inverters, and stack flippers.”

PANEL FLIPPER
“Our most successful machines” — continues Alberto Barzaghi — “are the panel flipper and the stack inverter.
Our panel flipper, designed and engineered to flip any kind of furniture panel, door frame, or similar product, eliminates all manual intervention, as it is fully automatic. Moreover, it is easy to install and requires no floor excavation.
It proves especially useful when integrated into modern painting lines, as it can flip not just one panel but the entire tray content exiting the ovens, preparing it for unloading or for the second pass.”
Specifically, the panel flipper allows the automatic rotation of panels or frames, avoiding manual operations and improving the continuity of painting lines. Thanks to its compact design and easy installation, it is suitable even for existing production areas, without requiring any structural modifications.
“Our stack inverter, on the other hand, was developed as an alternative to the panel flipper, and is essential in painting lines, where it flips stacks to prepare them for the second pass.
Upon request, it is available with motorized roller conveyors for stack feeding. Finally, besides being usable manually, it is easy to install and does not require any excavation in the flooring.”
