“Ufi Approved Event”: new recognition for Sicam

Following on from the success of the recent edition in October 2011, Sicam has chalked up its umpteenth recognition at international level. Indeed, it has been given the official title of “Ufi Approved Event”. Henceforth the Ufi (Union des foires intenationales) logo will appear alongside the event’s emblem to certify its excellent quality.
Not that there were any doubts about this. Indeed, it is the market which has legitimised the top global coverage of Sicam. The edition just concluded reconfirmed the participation of furniture industry operators from over 80 foreign countries at the trade fair. This universal level is well-established at this stage, placing the Italian event among the top positions in the world for the quality and quantity of operators involved. This value is even more significant when we consider that Sicam is an event focused solely on components, accessories, and semi-finished products for the furniture industry: a trade fair which bases most of its success on this great specialisation, which means optimising time for the visiting operators and the participating conditions for the exhibiting enterprises.
Strengthened by this new acknowledgment, Sicam confirms the date for the furniture industry to meet up again at Pordenone, from 17^th to 20^th October 2012. It will be the event of the year for operators of the sector, the pivotal moment for the definition of commercial strategies and schemes for the development of products to submit to international markets in 2013.
