The sixth edition of Made expo closed with 211,105 visitors, of which 35,619 from abroad: an important result for the whole construction system, since the event represents an international point of reference.
The presences have strengthened dialogue with the institutions to put the constructions industry at the center of our country’s restart, a sector that has already had a “breath of fresh air” thanks to the recent bonus home.
The true stars of Made expo were 1,432 Italian and international companies, which have exhibited products with high technological and innovative content to a specialized and international audience. Great success for the space Ibl – International business lounge, where companies have developed important contacts and business opportunities, with over a thousand matching between players from around the world.
To complete the business moments an extensive program of professional development with over 200 events including special events, activities, workshops and conferences, which have covered all the most important aspects of the construction industry: the architectural and urban green, with the presence of large international designers such as Peter Fink and Alexis Tricoire, the new potential of the concrete in its most sustainable aspects, from the Smart Cities to the insights on multi-storey wooden buildings.
Great space to issues of sustainability and energy efficiency, declined especially in the segments of the housing and integration of the systems. They have been at the center of moments of depth also the world of interior design and contract.
And yet, urban regeneration, protection and maintenance of the land and infrastructure, the safety of buildings and construction sites.
Among the novelties of this year is to report the space “Made4Ceramics”, an exhibition area/workshop dedicated to the entire ceramic industry who presented the best solutions for the construction industry and architecture.
The appointment with Made expo is for 2015: the event became biennal and will return in the year of the great international event of Expo 2015.
