The agreement signed in February between FederlegnoArredo and Enel X, the Enel Group’s business line dedicated to innovative products and digital solutions, enters its operational phase. Thanks to the synergy between the Federation of wood-furniture and the Conlegno consortium, it is now possible for the companies associated with FederlegnoArredo and for their stores to transfer the tax credits obtained from their customers to Enel X.
Companies will therefore be able to evaluate the possibility of resorting to the assignment of credit for the energy redevelopment of buildings, as required by current legislation, being able to count on the precious support of Deloitte for all tax activities related to the provision of the service to the citizen. In particular, with the “Live Better” offer, Enel X aims to facilitate the implementation of energy efficiency measures, offering the possibility of transforming the deductions into transferable tax credits.
The Relaunch Decree has in fact introduced, as an alternative to the direct use of the deduction, the possibility of opting for the contribution in the form of a discount on the invoice on the amount due or the transformation of the amounts due into a tax credit transferable to third parties for the costs incurred. from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021. In addition, this facility can also be extended to interventions that fall within the scope of the Facade Bonus and the Restructuring Bonus.
The market relating to the energy requalification of buildings under the tax deduction regime will thus also benefit from the important presence in terms of innovation, design and know-how of companies that will contribute with their products and services to raising the quality level of the interventions also in terms of well-being and living comfort as well as environmental sustainability.
