Scm Group at Klimahouse with Routech

Routech will attend the exhibition Klimahouse (Bolzano, 28th – 31st January, stand GO/12) with its timber construction specialists. Klimahouse is the yearly exhibition dedicated to the latest technologies and solutions for the eco-friendly building construction and architecture.
Routech is the Scm Group’s company, specialised in the design and production of machining centres highly flexible to carry out complete machining operations for roofs, wall elements, garden sheds, pergolas, X-Lam/Clt Glulam structures, straight, curved and rounded trusses, one-off pieces, roof insulating panels and any type of new structural elements requested by the market.
In recent years Routech at Scm Group has been offering various applications for this segment and has developed new machining concepts that offer users flexibility, precision and 6-sided complete machining.
The latest news it the innovative nesting function to machine wall panels X-lam/CLT in order to optimise the use of the material and reduce waste.
The Routech working centres are equipped with 6-axes machining group to process on 6 sides the workpiece without having to turn over or reposition the beams with a maximum width of 1250mm, thickness of 300mm and lenght of 19m. Routech developped dedicated and user-friendly softwares: “QuickLink” is the 3D manufacturing software for wooden structural work, an intuitive interface that combines easy data entry, rapid processing and simulation. A single program that allows access to the programming, program execution and tool management environments. “Pro View” is the 3D simulator that allows users access to a three dimensional model of their machine in their office and view the operations that will be carried out during the production in advance on their PC.
