The site with 400 employees produces raw chipboard and melamine resin-coated boards, cut-to-size panels and finished furniture components. It supplies the French, German, Austrian, Swiss, Benelux and Italian markets. The cooperation with Siempelkamp is well established. Among other things, the Egger Group operates a “ContiRoll®” as well as four short-cycle presses made by Siempelkamp in Rambervillers.

The delivery includes a multi-piston short-cycle press (“KT 700”) including raw board and finished board handling with the corresponding automation. The main technical features: 180 pressings per hour, maximum specific pressing pressure 700 N/cm². The heating plate format is 2,200 x 5,700 mm, the number of press pistons 40.
