Ima Schelling: new acquisitions to complete the range

New deal for Ima Schelling, the German plant engineering specialist for the furniture industry, which has announced that it has taken over the specialist companies Carmet Automazioni and Blumenbecker Engineering System Technology in order to complete ‘its range’ with new automation, handling and transport solutions.

THE COMPANIES
Carmet Automazioni, based in the province of Treviso, has been developing, manufacturing and marketing automation and industrial handling technologies for over 50 years. Among the main solutions in the company’s quiver is a multi-blade saw that ideally complements Ima Schelling’s portfolio. The company will continue to operate under its established name and Carmet will also continue as a brand.
Blumenbecker Engineering System Technology from Katowice, Poland, specialises in consulting, design, software development, system integration and switchboard construction.
