Lesta introduces “EasyProg Windows”

A fully automated, easy-to-use painting process. Lesta, based in Dairago (a few kilometers from Milan), specializing in robotic painting systems, has recently launched “EasyProg Windows”, a highly advanced system consisting of a portal, equipped with photoelectric barriers, that scan objects passing through, providing rapid and accurate detection of the shape of the objects to be painted.

This software is designed to recognize the shape of objects and autonomously generate the painting trajectory, using an advanced algorithm. It is mainly suitable to paint frames, panels, profiles, windows and doors.

The system is associated with a Lesta robot, which collects the data scanned by the photoelectric barriers and uses it to perform the painting. This robot is equipped with a highly precise robotic arm and a sophisticated control system, that enables it to paint with great precision and speed.

According to the company, “the “EasyProg Windows” system can handle a wide variety of objects autonomously, without the need for manual interaction. To use “EasyProg Windows”, all you need to do is load the products to be painted and unload the finished product.”

The painting process is fully automatic and can be customized through a few parameters that can be set from the software interface. The system is able to apply these specifications to all the parts to be painted, implementing the peculiar features that the painter or company wishes to imprint onto its product. In this way, the system is able to provide a final result of the highest quality, with consistent painting that is difficult to achieve with traditional methods.

In addition, the company pointed out that “EasyProg Windows is 100% ‘made in Italy’ and meets the highest quality standards, also thanks to the cooperation with Beckhoff, the German company that supplied the automation systems.”
