Closed with a technological innovation award the leading trade fair for digital printing held from November 15 to 17, at MiCo in Milan.
Cefla Finishing, present at the Milan trade fair Inprint 2016, together with the subsidiary company Jetset, won The InPrint Founders Award, the award dedicated to Paolo Capano, a founder and key supporters of the exhibition, passed away suddenly on September 2015. The independent jury selected the candidate companies automatically including those put in the prize list “Major Innovations”.
The winner of the first Inprint Founders Award, aimed to recognize excellence, innovation and entrepreneurship of the participants, was therefore JetSet, Bergamo-based company that, since July 2016, has been acquired by the Imola-based Cefla Group. At InPrint 2016 Cefla presented a double version of the “Gate” plotter, which Jetset has been developing over the past two years, characterized by an extreme modularity and providing users a wide variety of jobs available on different substrates, thanks also to special roll-to-roll for flexible materials and conveyor belts, a wide choice of printheads and different drying technologies (Uv, Led, infrared and hot air).
The recognition received by the event jury rewards the great work done in the research and development of a system that integrates multiple technologies to appeal to different market segments, developing its own concept even to the latest innovations, such as the introduction of modules and single-pass solutions, for decoration, even with more color gradiations, in a single step.
