Rulli Frulli Station: multifunctional center for the work inclusion of people with disabilities

07/09/2021

Milesi participated, as a partner of the project, in the opening of the redevelopment site of the former bus station of Finale Emilia (Mo), from which the Rulli Frulli station will be born, a multifunctional center for the work inclusion of people with disabilities and for the youth aggregation. The project was developed with the collaboration and support of the Carlo and Guglielmo Andreoli Music School Foundation. The goal is to build a center of excellence at a national level to foster participation, inclusion, socio-cultural innovation and economic growth.

For some time, Milesi has supported the activity of AstroNave Lab, the socio-occupational laboratory of the Rulli Frulli gang where woodworking becomes an opportunity for children to experience a creative and stimulating work activity in a protected, facilitating and accessible context. The products – furnishing accessories, objects and sculptures created from recycled wood and furniture and painted with Milesi products – are sold making profits to be reinvested in the project.
